Charkha is governed by an eminent Board of Governors drawn from various fields such as the Development Sector, Legal profession, Media and Corporate Sector.
The Board meets regularly twice a year and, besides reviewing progress, gives advice and guidance in long term planning.
A system of Internal Audit has been running for several years which functions independent of the Statutory Auditors. This ensures the compliance of all accounting and fiscal procedures and the robustness of financial systems and procedures.
